Purpose:

Scope:

* Healthcare teams understand the full process and value of TUG assessment.
* Provider able to give patients a clear and thorough explanation of the TUG process.

* Quick to conduct with minimal equipment required.
* Highly reliable and valid.
* Provides useful outcomes related to reduced falls risk.
